Loes & Acoustic Engineers Christmas Concert

The trio of musicians Loes & The Acoustic Engineers bring an original repertoire and an impressive collection of acoustic instruments to the stage. This Czech-Dutch band is a winner of Porta 2021 and Interporta 2022, and frontwoman Loes also won second place at the Sofia Singer Songwriter Fest in Bulgaria in the autumn of 2022.

The strong point of this band is the diversity of genres - they call their work "indie chamber folk pop" or also "Europicana" (Americana with a European touch), which mixes narrative lyrics (in English and Czech) with bluegrass virtuosity and pop melodies, making it a great choice for the current generation of "adult souls".

The band plays not only songs from Loesa's latest solo album, but also compositions written by violinist Honza Bartošek or multi-instrumentalist Michal Rudolf Cádra, as well as collaborative new works. Currently, the band is celebrating with the single "Princess" winning the Golden Czech Twelve award in the Czech Radio Two hit parade, where they are also competing for the Platinova award.
