Dance Prague 2024: Tadeáš Šíma - Africa on a Bicycle

Going to Africa and experiencing the nature there is every boy's dream. But not everyone finds the strength to actually live that childhood dream. This is the story of a dream that really happened. It starts under the mountain Libín and in the saddle of a bicycle. What did its protagonist become on his journey? What kind of people did he meet? What did he experience in the sand and wind amidst the Sahara dunes? Why did he carry a pickaxe handle with him? Did he meet his dream elephant in the rainforest? And what did he discover about the darkness he had always feared? Join him on a journey through mountains, deserts, savannahs and tropical forests.
