CueFactory EP launch party + MRKLM

A debut EP, a launch party and an evening packed with live music. CueFactory will be celebrating the release of their debut recording at the Unijazz Reading Room.
The evening will also feature a concert by the band MRKlM.

Cuefactory

A four-piece band that blends psychedelic blues with elements of rock and jazz. They create music full of improvisation and raw energy. With lads who aren’t afraid to play as far as their instruments will take them, you’ll hear a singer who effortlessly complements each track with her enchanting voice and distinctive lyrics. An unforgettable set delivered by a fresh new generation!

MRKLM

The trio’s original compositions MRKLM ranges across a broad spectrum of moods, from the melancholy of Fink to the raw sound of the indie-rock band The Plants And Animals, with a strong affinity for funk and grooves coming through here and there. However, thanks to a slightly unconventional line-up – in which the electric guitar is entirely replaced by a Rhodes electric piano – Mirákula’s overall sound comes across as raw and analogue, and is clearly recognisable.
