Eva Turnová & Vladivojna La Chia + Low Heaven

Concert of bassist Eva Turnová together with Vladivojna La Chia, who will play songs from their new repertoire of the recently formed luft punk band Rozkoš. The musical part will be enriched with original readings of lyrics by both musicians. Furthermore, bassist Marek Bero will perform with his project Low Heaven. 

Eva Turnová is a Czech bassist, composer, writer, painter and translator. She has worked as a bassist in bands such as DG 307 and The Plastic People of the Universe.

Vladivojna La Chia is a singer, songwriter and composer. She has been active on the Czech scene since 2002. Her first album The Secret of Lotop and subsequently Bohemias became the top album of the month at the cult Berlin music store Dussman. For the film's soundtrack Innocence was nominated for the Czech Lion in 2011 and again in 2017 for the music to the film 8 heads of madness.

Bassist Mark Bero's LOW HEAVEN project is based on the format of a duo of two instruments, but sounds like a full band. The project was formed in 2014 during a spontaneous jam session in London. Stylistically, you can classify LOW HEAVEN as a modern electro funk-ambient-nu jazz band such as in the world of Nerve (drummer Jo Jo Mayer) or Evan Marien x Dana Hawkins.
