A timeless jazz kaleidoscope in a traditional reading and listening program.

Tablo Jazz Modern will present recordings by flutist Herbie Mann with a trio of pianist Bill Evans. Kaleidoscope will feature famous compositions by the Gustav Brom Orchestra from the 1960s, also with guest vibraphonist Jerzy Milian. Next, pianist Ethan Iverson's trio will present their jazz piano sonata, and guitarist Julian Lage will play with a larger ensemble this time. The Behind the Humans section will feature Roland Dahinden's composition, an imaginary interview with Charlie Parker, performed by trombonist Koen Kaptijn's quartet. The new rubric Blind from the Archive will feature music by American vibraphonist Mike Mainieri.
