Martina Chloupa + Markét Lamoš Žitňanská: YOU WANT ME I WANT YOU

A combination of two artists who use a painterly approach to connect a subject that is close to their hearts.

"Companions" is a continuous process in time, to which he returns at will in his work. The "resting" theme, however, combines broader issues that each artist approaches in her own specific way. The exhibition will run until November 2.

Martina Chloupa (1976 Česká Lípa)

The multimedia artist most often paints, draws, models and casts. Depicting animals is one of her favourite themes, to which she often returns. Similar to the theme of flowers, landscapes, figure and portraiture. She lives and works in Prague. She is represented in the National Gallery in Prague, the Klatovy-Klenová Gallery and private collections.

Markét Lamoš Žitňanská (1980 Kroměříž)

The artist works mostly in acrylics, working in the environment of her home, where she collects inspiration. She does not close the thematic units of her work. She confronts the performative process of living by capturing the "joy of little things" on canvas or paper. He lives and works in Prague. She is represented in private collections.
