Paseka: You sing as if you were crying (book launch)

This time Zuzana Kultánová has written a story about a contemporary young woman who came of age in the 1990s. First a poor student, then a desirable lover, and finally a doubting wife and mother longing for an "ordinary life". Andrea confesses her failings and failures and is not afraid to reveal the dark side of motherhood.

Zuzana Kultánová (1986) graduated from the University of Ostrava in Bohemia. Her first book Augustin Zimmermann was nominated for the Magnesia Litera Award for Discovery of the Year and won the 2017 Jiří Orten Prize. She works as a teacher and book editor. She lives in Prague.
