Orpheus and Eurydice

Orpheus and Eurydice bring original songs created through collaboration Ewa Żurakowska and Dmitri Berzon. Żurakowska's Polish lyrics invite the listener on an intimate journey where nature, sensuality and desire are combined, often with themes of the elements. Dmitri's arrangements bring melancholy, tenderness and a unique fusion of Eastern European chanson with the energy of British rock to the music.

The concert will be accompanied by live digital paintings projected directly onto the performers. Frances Sander, a Scottish artist who has lived in the Czech Republic for 20 years, has created a unique style of drawing in real time. Using "Tagtool" - a special analogue-digital instrument designed for her by Dmitri - Frances creates impressive visuals that perfectly complement the atmosphere of the music.
