Petr Mutina: Colours of life

Opening of Petr Mutina's exhibition focused on images based on imagination and symbols. Each carries a somewhat encrypted context, where the theme refers to the balance in the landscape, the harmony of lights in the space of the play between natural elements, the differences between life and death or the processes between changes in structures.
The artist says about the exhibition, "It is also a game with energy, where you perceive the graph of emotions while painting. You follow a certain energy from a given situation and try to transcribe the idea in a certain pictorial key onto the canvas. If, when looking at my painting, the viewer thinks and stops a little bit in time and observes for a fraction of a minute the form of how the painting is created, I am satisfied. Often words are not always enough to accompany images."
"It's always about the context, the connection between the environment and the object. It's good when images keep their secrets, and certain meanings are untold."
Admission to the opening and the exhibition is free. The exhibition will run until the end of July.
