That time in Prague

The entire film is based on the intertwining of two central pieces: the Madame Praha by Vlastimil Třešňák and Kilián Nedora by Filip Topol. In addition, the film features a musical montage of the absolute musical avant-garde of the British and American music scene of the 1970s and 1980s, as presented by one of the documentary's protagonists, Miloš Čuřík, in those years. The film is a portrait of that gloomy time and the attempt to humanize it through Mr Čuřík's activities, which earned him this official assessment: 'Miloš Čuřík's activities are contrary to the culture of the socialist state'.
