Tryptych Gala Concert
From the improvisational Duo Pilot of guitarist Vladimír Mikláš and drummer Dušan Černák, the Tryptych trio was formed by adding bassist Miloš Klápště. The group uses elements of jazz, progressive rock, noise music and ambient, and with the help of analogue synthesizers creates interesting walls of sound supported by lively and sophisticated groove. The improvisational skills and technical maturity of the members, along with the underlying themes and novel harmonies, give a glimpse into a subgenre that can be defined as "dark fusion". Tryptych are winners of the 2018 Tais Awards in the Band category. Trypotheque's long-awaited album is an exciting collection of compositions from the band's first creative period.
