Heavy music: overdriven dreams + BŌR ft. Suubaru

/EN below/

The concert is organized in cooperation with the Alternativa festival as part of the series of concerts of dense music.
overdriven dreams is the pseudonym of Uros Kostic, an ambient composer from Niš, Serbia. After many years of exploring the potential of his main instrument and other possibilities, as well as working with several bands and projects, especially the post-rock band There., he started to use these sounds in his solo work.
overdriven dreams seeks to bring to life the endless sound fields of phantasmagoric dreams. In the process, it relies heavily on experimentation in the fields of post-minimalism, drone and ambient. He works with tape recordings, field recording and reel-to-reel tape loops. His compositions are characterized by deep ostinato lines and dense interweaving structures associated with strings, piano and voices.
On his album "symphony // of // murmurings", released by Slow Tone Collages in the Netherlands, he collaborated with one of the most prolific experimental artists Lawrence English. He quickly became one of the most active Balkan musicians currently working in the field of ambient music. He has performed extensively throughout Europe, with Pan-American (formerly Labradford), Alison Cotton and Wojciech Rusin.

BŌR is a music producer and author of stage music living in Prague. His concerts are characterized by looping live instruments, which he combines with vocals and analogue sound of synthesizers. The improvised flow of the performance, which responds directly to the mood of the audience, is difficult to classify by genre.
Since 2016 he has participated in many productions. Most often he collaborates with new circus performers or participates in the creation of immersive and experimental theatre productions.
