+ The penultimate week of June +

There are two weeks left until the end of June and then we will go in the special mode of the Acoustic Summer, for which we announced last week an open call. Acoustic Summer is a series of acoustic concerts in July and August! If you want to play with us - or know someone who does - feel free to sign up here. And now for the traditional weekly review!

Tomorrow - Tuesday 20 June - we will have the third of the memorial evenings with Olin Nejezchleb and Pavel Skálá, this time dedicated to Petr Kalandra, with whom both musicians have many experiences from both their personal and professional lives. Start at 19:00!

At the same time on Thursday you can look forward to another concert - this time the singer-songwriter Helena Kalambová and her band will perform. Her music combines elements of classical, ethno and indie pop, enhanced by melancholy and even dreaminess.

And it wouldn't be a Reading Room without a bit of literature, so we'll end the week with a literary event on Friday - a presentation of Stefan Segi's book Uncorrect Literature at 18:00. The book launch will be followed by a discussion on the relationship between literature and society and the related responsibilities of women writers*.

We look forward to seeing you!
